FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF JUDICIARY BUILDING ON PLOT NO. 1 BLOCK D NCC – AREA DODOMA

- this invitation for pre-qualification follows general procurement notice for this project that appeared in the Daily News and Habari Leo of Thursday 18th September 2019
- . The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds to the cost of construction of judiciary building plot No 1 Block D at NCCA Area – Dodoma and intend to apply this fund for payment of the contractors for the construction of judiciary building. the judiciary of Tanzania intends to pre-qualification contractors and firms for the construction judiciary building on above mentioned plot
- The project consist of the followings works
• Construction of 9 floors of star shaped with ground floor, elevated ground floor and other seven floor(G+EG+6F+TF). The overall gross floor area of the building is approximated to be 58,710 m3
• Associated building engineering services installation that is electrical, fire detection alarms systems, ICT and Security systems, Air-conditions & Ventilation systems plumbing firefighting and lifts installation
• Associated auxiliary building external works parking areas walkways soft landscaping and boundary wall - the judiciary of Tanzania now invites bids for qualified building contractors registered in class One category from eligible sources countries to apply for pre-qualification
- its expected that invitation to tender will be made in April 2020
- Pre-qualification will be conducted through the procedures specified in Regulation 119 of the Public Procurement (Regulations– Government Notice 446 of 2013, and is open to all Applicants as defined in the regulations
- Interested applicants may obtain further information from and inspect the pre-qualification documents at the 26 Kivukoni/Ohio Street, Dar es Salaam, [email protected] from 08:00-16:00 on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
- Pre-qualification document in English are obtained though Tanzania National Electronic Procurement System
- Submission of the pre-qualification is through TANEPS (www.taneps.go.tz) the deadline for submission of application must be not later than 10:00 HRS Local time 26th March 2020. The secretary of tender board will immediately open the tenders submitted
- Late application shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
