INVITATION FOR TENDER
TENDER SRCU /2019/2020/D/01
1. The Shinyanga Region Co – Operative Union (1984) Ltd intends to dispose Used Plant, Machinery and Equipments, Motor Vehicles, Spare parts, Scraps and Condemned Stationeries. The Used Plant, Machinery and Equipments. Motor Vehicles, Spare parts, Soaps and Condemned Stationeries are disposed on ‘as is where is’ basis and the Shinyanga Region Co – Operative Union (1984) Ltd shall have no further liability after sale.
2. The Shinyanga Region Co – Operative Union (1984) Ltd now Invites sealed Tenders for the purchase of Used Plant, Machinery and Equipments, Motor Vehicles. Spare parts, Scraps and Condemned Stationeries
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations. 2013-GN No. 446 and is open to all Tenderers as defined In the Regulations.
4. Interested Tenderers may inspect the Machines, Motor Vehicles. Spare parts. Scraps and condemned stationeries on 27th May – 7th June, 2019 from 0800AM to 0300PM as shown in the following respective locations.

NOTE; The Bidder may bid for any single Lot or all Lots. In each case, The bidder must Quote for all items and quantities specified In each Lot. Bids for incomplete Lot will be considered non – responsive and will be rejected (except for condemned stationeries that will be optional). The Cost for dismantling and measuring of equipments will be covered by the buyer.
5. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the Office of the Tender Board Secretary, Procurement Management unit’s office at Shinyanga Region Co – Operative union {1984} Ltd. P. O Box 349. SHINYANGA. from 08.00am – 03.30PM on Mondays to Fridays except on public holdays.
6. A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English Language and additional set may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of non-refundable Fee of One Hundred Thousand (100,000/=). Payment should be paid through Tanzania Postal Bank. Account number 290207000134 with an account name; SHIRECU (1984) LTD Disposal Account.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by Tender deposit In an acceptable form (bank slip deposited In SHIRECU account as shown above) amounting to 25% of Tender amount in Tanzanian Shillings.
8. All Tenders In one original plus two {2} copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to THE TENDER BOARD SECRETARY P.O.BOX 349 SHINYANGA, SHIRECU BUILDING -COMPUTER ROOM on Monday 10th June 2019 at or before 10.00AM. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter In public and In the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend In the opening at 10.30AM at the SHIRECU (1984) Ltd’s Conference room.
9. Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, and Tenders not received, Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation Irrespective of the circumstances
