The invitation for tenders follows the General procurement notice (GPN) for this project which appeared in PPRA Website dated December 2018
The government of the united republic of Tanzania ha set aside funds for the operation of the singida Municipal during the financial year 2010/2019. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund w he used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Construction of Water Supply Scheme at Unyambwa Village, Construction of Water Supply Scheme at Mungumall Village and Carrying out HydroGeologlcal and Geophysical Sumy. Drilling and Well Development. Pumping test, Water Quality Test and Capping of three (03) Productive Borehole at Uhamaka. Mtamaa B and Manga Villages one Borehole at ouch Vlllago In Singida Municipality.
The Singida Municipal Council now Invites sealed Tenders from eligible National contraction being registered Class SIX (VI) and above In for carrying out the Civil Works for Construction of Water Supply Scheme at Unyambwa Village In Singida Municipality

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering specified In the Public Procurement Regulations. Government Notice No. 446 of 2013 and 15 open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at\ the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board Singida Municipal Council Office from 7:30 am to 03:30pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tsh. 100,000/=. Payment should be made through Bank Account No. 50810001460 NMB to Municipal Director Singida Municipal Council.

All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender securing declaration in the format provided in the Tendering documents unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
All Tenders In one original plus Three (3) Copies. properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Singida Municipal Council Office: Room na 12. P. O. Box 236 Singida on or before 03 June, 2019 Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Singida Municipal Council Head office.
Late Tenders portion of Tenders. electronic Tenders. Tenders not received. Tenders not opened at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
