INVITATION FOR TENDER
- This invitation for tender follows the general procurement notice for the project which appeared in TANROADS WEBSITE & PPR Tender portal dated 22nd November 2019
- The government of Tanzania has set aside fund for the operation of the TANROADS REGIONAL MANAGERS OFFICE MARA during the financial year 2019/2020
- TANROADS Regional Manager’s on behalf of Chief executive now invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for execution of the works
The estimated major quantities or works are as follows

| 1 | Sandpapering on all steel elements by using electric – powered sandpapering tool | 5,500m2 |
| 2 | Painting of the steel structures in 3 coast including red oxide undercoat protection works | 5,500m2 |
| 3 | construction of grouted stone pitching | 300 m2 |
- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding method procedures speficied in the public procurement Act regulation 2013 – government notice no 446 as amended in 2016 and as open to all national tenders only as defined in the regulation unless otherwise stated in the tender data sheet
- Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information though TANPES link generated on PPR Website www.ppr.go.tz
- A complete set of tendering document in English language and additional of sets may be obtained interested tenders through the portal upon payment of non-refundable fee participant fee of 300,000 payment should be done though the dedicated payment gateway intergraded in the TANEPS
- Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by tender securing declaration in the format provided in the tendering documents
- All tenders must be electronically submitted in the proper format on or before 30th April 2020 14:00 tenders will be opened promptly through TANEPS website www.taneps.go.tz in the presence of the tenders representatives who attend opening in the conference hall at the TANROADS regional manager office along Nyerere road nyakao industrial area Musoma Mara
- Late tenders portion of tenders not submitted not opened not read out during tender opening ceremony shall not be considered for evaluation of the circumstances
