SUPPLY OF ICT EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE
1. The government of Tanzania has received funds from development partners towards the implementation of the water sector support programme(WSSP II) during the financial year 2019/2020 and its intends to apply part of the proceeds of the funds to cover eligible payment under the contract for supply ICT Equipment’s and Software
2. The Ministry of water now invites sealed bids form eligible suppliers of the following goods

- Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding procedure in the public procurement(goods works, non-consultancy services and disposal of public asset by tenders) regulation 2013 – government notice no 446 and are open to all bidders as defined in the regulations
- Bidders may bid for single lot or combination of all lots but in any case bidders must quote full quantity in each lot. The purchaser shall evaluate the bids for each a lot and award contracts by lot-by-lot basis or a combination of lots not quoting for full quantities in a lot will be considers non-responsive
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding document at the office of the secretary, Ministerial Tender Board, Ministry of Water, P.O. BOX 546 KILON Building Opposite DUWASA Head Office PMU Office 40473 Dodoma Email [email protected] Dodoma from8:00 – 15:30 PM – Monday – Friday inclusive public holidays
- The bidding documents in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of the written application to the address given under the paragraph 5 above upon payment of non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000/= Payment shall be made through the electronic payment system therefore interested bidders are invited to collect the control number for effecting the payment. The document will be obtained to the address below
- All bids must be accompanied by Unconditional bid security equivalent to 2% of the tender price in an acceptable form as provided in the bidding document. Bid security must be properly addressed to the following address Permanent Secretary Ministry of Water, P.O. BOX 456,40473 DODOMA
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 27 April 2020. Electronic bidding will not be permited, late bids will be rejected, bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 27th April 2020 at 14:00 hrs
