INVITATION FOR TENDERS
(Specific Procurement Notice)
This invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in Daily News issue no. lSSNOBS6-3812 No.12262 and Mwananchi News ISSN 0856 ~ 7573 No 6629 dated of issue of GPN Thursday, September 27, 2018.
The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for various activities during the financial year 2018/2019. It is intended that part of the funds to be applied to cover eligible payments under the contract for provision of Goods, Works, Consultancy and Non Consultancy services.
Tanzania Coffee Board now invites applicants to submit sealed tender bids bid from eligible supplier/contractor of goods and services as shown below;

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2011 (Goods,Works, Non Consultancy Services and disposal of Public Asset by Tender) with its Regulation 2013, Government Notice No. 446 and the National Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
Interested eligible Bidder may obtain further information and inspect the tendering documents at the office of the; SECRETARY TENDER BOARD, TANZANIA COFFEE BOARD, P. 0. BOX 732, MOSHI, ROOM NO. 107, FIRST FLOOR, KAHAWA HOUSE. From 08:00 16:00 hours East African time, Monday to Friday except on public holidays.
A complete set of tendering documents may be purchased by the interested Bidder on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon the payment of a non refundable fee of TSHS 100,000/=. Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Cheque, to the Director General, Tanzania Coffee Board, PO. Box 732, Moshi.
All Tenders in one original plus three copies properly tilled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address below at or before 10: 00 am on Friday, 10th May, 2019. The Tender will be open promptly thereafter in Public and in the presence of the Bidders or their Representatives choose to attend in the opening ceremony at the Tanzania Coffee Board, Kahawa House, Board Room, 2nd Floor.
Depending on the type of Tender applied by the Bidder, the outer envelope shall be clearly written, (For Example Marked”TCB /1 07/20182019/W/03 -FOR OUTER WALL CLEANING FOR KAHAWA HOUSE, EXTENSION BUILDING AND ITS FENCE) DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 10:00 HOURS E.A LOCALTIME on Friday, 10th May, 2019.
Late, Portion, Electronic Tenders not received or Tenders not opened during the ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation respectively of the circumstances.
