Invitation for Tenders
The Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited (TANESCO) has set aside funds for its Operations during Financial year 2013/2019 and it intends to apply part Of the proceeds of this fund to cover Eligible Payments under the contract for which this invitation is issued.
TANESCO now invites sealed tenders from eligible Suppliers of Servers
| LOT 1 | Supply and Installation of System Center Configuration Manager, Share point and Skype for Business |
| LOT 2 | Supply and Installation of Servers for email System |
| LOT 3 | Supply, Configuration and Installation Servers for Audit Command Language (ACL) and Audit Management System (AMS) |
Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering Method as specified in the Procurement Regulations of 2013 Government Notice No.446 and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Regulations unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, TANESCO office, ground floor, Tender room, Room No. 6 04, Umeme Park Building Ubungo, Morogoro Road, P.O. Box 9024 Dar es Salaam. Telephone + 255 222 210 267 from 09:00Hrs to 16:00Hrs on Mondays to Fridays inclusive with an exception of public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000.00 VAT Inclusive or its equivalent in freely convertible currencies. Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Draft, or Banker’s Cheque, payable to TANESCO Ltd.
All Tenderers who participated in the previous tender process shall obtain Bidding Document FREE OF CHARGE upon confirmation of purchasing the previous document by providing a receipt.
All tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
All tenders in one original plus three (3) copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “TENDER NO. PAI001/2018-19/HQ/G/73 FOR SUPPLY OF SERVERS LOT 1, 2 AND 3” (NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE 10:30 HRS ON 10TH JULY, 2019 must be delivered on or before 10th July, 2019 to the address; Secretary Tender Board, TANESCO Office, ground floor Room No. 4, Umeme Park Building Ubungo, Morogoro Road, R0. Box 9024 Dar es Salaam. Telephone N0+ 255 222 210 267, Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at TANESCO Conference Room located at Ground floor, TANESCO Office. Umeme Park Building. Morogoro Road Ubungo.
Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received and Tenders not opened at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
