INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NO TP/O11/2019/NCB/S/36
Tanzania International Petroleum Reserves Co Ltd (TIPER) is a bulk storage facility for Petroleum Products With its shares divided equally between the Government of Tanzania and Oryx Energies SA of Switzerland. The Company office is located at Kigamboni industrial Area, Depot site-plot 1, Dar es Salaam-Tanzania.
Tanzania international Petroleum Reserves Ltd (TIPER) hereby invites experienced and reputable Service Providers for provision of security services on annual basis
All bids properly filled and enclosed in plain envelopes in one original plus one copy, properly filled and enclosed in plain envelopes marked Tender No: TP/O11/2019/NCB/S/36 for Provision of Security Services. All bidding documents must be delivered physically to Tanzania International Petroleum Reserves Limited (TIPER), P.O. Box 2608, Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam. The deadline for submission of Tender documents will be 10. 30 am local time on 12th November, 2019
Interested and eligible bidders may request electronic copy of tender document through the following email: [email protected] or may obtain a hard copy of tender documents at TIPER-PROCUREMENT OFFICE from Monday to Friday at 10:00AM to 16:00PM.
Bidders are encouraged to visit the site. Site visit will be conducted on 30th October 2019 at 10:30am to 11:30 am local time.
During the site visit all bidders will be required to come with own PPE’s (Personal Protective Equipment) which meets TIPER standards. This include as minimum Steel Toe Safety Boots, Helmet,100%Cotton Overcoat or overalls. Bidder without PPE’s will not be allowed onto the site.
There shall be NO public opening of bids.
Late bids portion of bids, electronic bids will not be considered for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
TiPER reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid.
