1.This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in PPRA Website on Tuesday 10th September, 2019
2. The Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children has receive a grant from the Global Fund towards the cost of Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health Program of the Minis ry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly an Children, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of t is grant to cover eligible payments under the contract for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of ICT Equipment to Eight (8) National Hospitals; Milembe, Kibong’oto, JKCl, Muhimbili, Ocean Road, Mbeya Zonal Hospital, Benjamin Mkapa and KCMC.

3. The Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender. Elderly and Children now invites sealed tenders from eligible National Suppliers of Supply, Installation and Commissioning of ICT Equipment to Eight (8) National Hospitals.
4. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016, and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations
5. Interested eligible tenders may obtain further informationfrom and inspect the Tendering Documents at The Secretary, Ministerial Tender Board, Ministry Community Development, Gender, Elderly (MoHCDGEC), PO Box 743, Dodoma, 6th Floor at NHIF Building next to Treasury Square Building Kikwete Road/Opposite National Audit House, 15.00 hours, Mondays to Fridays inclusive, exclusive holidays.
6. A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English purchased by interested Tenderers on the sul written application to the address given under above and upon payment of a non-refundable 100,000/= (Tanzania Shillings One Hundred only). Payment should be made through Payment Gateway (GePG). _
7. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tenderér format provided in the Tendering Documents., All tenders in one original plus three (3) hart soft copy in Flash Disk, properly filled in, an plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Ministerial Tender Board, Ministry of Health Development, Gender, Elderly and Children (I PO Box 743, Dodoma, 6th Floor PMU Office at next to Treasury Square Building Jakaya K Opposite National Audit House, at or before 13th November 2019. Tenders will be open thereafter in public and in the presence representatives who choose to attend in the 0 6th Floor PMU Office at NHIF Building next Square Building -Jakaya Kikwete Road/Opposite Audit House, Dodoma.
8. Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders not received, Tenders not opened and not read out the tender opening ceremony shall not be evaluated Tenders may obtain further information evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
