INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NO: PA/033/2018-2019/SIDO/G/16
1. The Small Industries Development Organization (SIDO) has received grant from the CAMFED PROTECT {Campaign for female education) towards the cost of CAMFED PROJECT and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Supply of Machineries.
2. Small Industries Development Organization (SIDO) now invites your sealed tenders from suppliers who are capable to supplying the goods as indicated in table belOW:

3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering a procedure specified in the Public Procurement Regulation.2013-Govemment Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016.and is open to all tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
4. A complete set of tendering document in English and additional set may be purchased by interested bidders from Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays upon submission of a written application to the address given in paragraph 5 and upon payment of a no-refundable fee of Tanzania Shillings Fifty Thousand Hundred Only {50,000/=) should be made by cash at SIDO Headquarter office.
5. All tenders in one original plus two copies, property filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked Supply of machineries and Tender No. BA/033/2018-2019/SIDO/G/16 must be delivered to the SECRETARY OF SIDO TENDER BOARD HEAD OFFICE P.O.BOX 2476, DAR ES SALAAM.
6. All bids must be accompanied with a bid Securing declaration in the format provided in the tendering document.
7. Deadline for submission will be at or before 12.30 hours local time on 12th June 2019 Tender will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tender’s representatives who choose to 3ttend in the opening at the SIDO HEADQUARTERS OFFICE PLOT NO 892-4, MFAUME ROAD UPANGA DAR ES SALAAM.
8. Late tenders portion of tenders s. electronic tenders, and tenders not received, tenders not opened at the tenders opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
