INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION FOR INTEREST
- The Government of Tanzania has a set aside funds for the operations of the Ubungo Plaza Limited during the financial year 2020/21. Its intended that part of proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for the provision of consultancy services for restricting and facilitation of procurement of an international hotel chain operator Ubungo Plaza Limited
- The Ubungo Plaza Limited now invites eligible individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services which includes strategic sourcing of an hotel chain operator, hotel contract manager, contract Negotiation, hotel operation and strategic for the period of 2 years
- Interested individual consultancy must provide information indicating that they are qualified the services by submitting consultancy profile description of similar assignment experience in similar conditions availability of appropriate skills among staff etc. interested individual consultancy must also submit financial proposal in writing
- You are requested to submit your written expression of interest one original detailed CV and financial proposal plus 3 copies of detailed CV and firnacial proposal by writing 15 September 2020 at 11;00 AM the detailed CV and financial proposal shall be enclosed in a separate envelopes and marked Detailed CV and Financial proposl respectively the two envelopes shall the be enclosed in a single envelopes and marked proposal for the provision of consultancy services for restricting and facilitation of procurement of an international hotel chain operator at Ubungo Plaza Limited and submit to

- Consultancy may associate to enhance their qualifications
- The opening of CV shall take place immediately after deadline for submission st the Ubungo Plaza 1st Floor UPL Room, Ubungo Morogoro Road. Applying individual consultants are invited to attend the opening ceremony
- A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the public procurement Act No 7 of 2011 as amended in 2016 and the public procurement regulations 2013 – government notice no 446 as amended in 2016
- CV shall be evaluated 0n the criteria shown in the terms of reference only individual consultants scoring above 75% shall be engaged depending on their availability to carry out the assignment during the financial year 2020/21
- Prospective individual consultants are required to collect the terms of reference from the Secretary Tender Board whose address is indicated paragraph 4 above during working days Monday – Friday between 8:00- 16:00
- Any request for clarification with regard to this assignment shall be addressed to the undersigned not less than 7 days before deadline for submission. The client shall respond to clarification received within 3 working days from the date of receipt of query
- Late expression of interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
