INTRODUCTION
Mailiman school of public health Tanzania hereinafter refers as to MSHP Tanzania of the organization is a no-for profit organization registered and operate by the trustee of Columbia university in the city of New York in the USA. MSHP Tanzania is also known as locally ICAP has been operating in Tanzania since 2004 with funding from the presidents emergency plan for AIDS relief through the US. Centers for disease control and preventive in line with the countrywide scale up of HIV services in Tanzania in collaboration with the ministry of health. ICAP has been successful implementing and HIV preventive project to provide comprehensive community base HIV preventive services in multiple regions and conducting various research and evaluation projects across the country MSHP Tanzania LLC – ICAP is currently implementing FIKIA project with overall objective of implementing community services based on approved national guidelines to increase coverage of comprehensive package of evidence based HIV preventive intervention for venerable populations with the goal of strengthening the HIV scads
SCOPE OF THE SERIVERS
Subjected to funding availability MSHP Tanzania LLC –ICAP has set aside fund for the operations of the organization its intend that part of the proceed of the funds will be applied to cover eligible payments under the contracts now we intends to identify and enlist reputable registered supplies and services providers to go through the pre-qualification process those selected we will enter into contracts as potential pre-qualified supplies and services for FIKIA project needs under the PEPFAR/CDC awarded funding
MSHP Tanzania LLC – ICAP now invites quotes from eligible and registered service providers for the following lots

| 13 | Provision of sanitary supplies |
| 14 | Provision of fleet management and fuel sensor system service |
| 15 | Provision of monthly electricity top up , water bills and airtime top up services |
| 16 | Provision of garage services for ICAP fleet |
| 17 | Supply of office stationery |
| 18 | Supply of motor vehicles tyres |
| 19 | Provision of clearing and forwarding services |
| 20 | Provision of cargo transportation services |
| 21 | Provision of hotel accommodation and meeting venue mwanza, geita, dar pwani , kager, kigoma and mara |
| 22 | Provision of periodical /of fire extinguisher services |
| 23 | Provision of plumbing repair electricity air condition repairs and general maintenance for venue mwanza, kagera, sengerema, mara and Kigoma ie (emergency Plumbing leak repairs drain cleaning toilet and sink repairs) |
| 24 | Supply of IT Equipment (printers) and other IT Related supplies for all regional office |
| 25 | Provision of printing promotion services and bidding materials |
| 26 | Supply of medical laboratory and pharmaceutical supplies |
| 27 | Provision of mobile data services |
NOTE
- For the provision of insurance only insurance companies are encourage to apply
- Please clearly indicated lot number failure to company will disqualify your application
- The public tender opening will be made in presence of all bidders or their representatives we encourage all bidders to attend through zoom call and zoom call link will be sent to all who applied only in an advance of the meeting
- Bid document will be sent to all applicants via email address below upon request
- Bids not receive and opened in public at the public opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
- Te tender validity period is 90 days
- Selection criteria will be lowest price technically evaluated/accepted based on technical specification and other criteria describe above
- MSHP Tanzania reserve the rights to disqualify any offer based failure to follow solitacian INSTRUCTION
- MSHP Reserve the rights to waive minor proposal deficiencies that cannot be collected prior to award determination to promote competition
- MSHP will be contacting all those that have submitted quotes to confirm contact person, address and that was submitted for his solicitation
- Lot no 22-26 INTENDS TO PER-QUALIFY VENDORS. MSHP LLC –ICAP invites eligible and registered service providers/supplies to submit their company profile with all supporting document as indicated in the tender document
- The evaluation of bids will be conducted as per MSH Tanzania – LLC- ICAP procurement guidelines
