SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING PF AUTOMATIC TANK GAUGING (ATG) FOR TANK S7

1. Tanzania International Petroleum Reserves Co LTD is bulk storage facility for petroleum products with its shares divides equality between the Government of Tanzania and Oryx Energy’s SA Switzerland. The company office is located Kigamboni Industrial area depot site plot 1 Dar s Salaam
2. TIPPER hereby invites experienced and reputable supplies bid for Supply, Installation, Testing, And Commissioning PF Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG) For Tank S7 via international competitive bidding
3. All bids properly filled and hard copies enclosed in plain envelopes in one original plus one copy properly filled and enclosed in plain envelopes marked TP/07/2020/ICB/G/005FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING PF AUTOMATIC TANK GAUGING (ATG) FOR TANK S7. All bidding documents must be delivered physical to Tanzania International Petroleum Reserve Limited, P.O. BOX 2608 Kigamboni Dar es Salaam. The deadline for submission of tender will be 10:30 local time on 27th July 2020
4. Interested and eligible bidders may request electronic copy of tender document through the following email [email protected] or may obtain a soft copy of tender documents at TIPER PROCUREMENT’S OFFICE From 13th July 2020 to 26th July 2020 Monday – Friday between 10:00 – 16:00 PM
5. Interested tenders are invited and strongly advised to attend pre-biding seite visit to be conducted at TIPER kigamboni depot site on 16 July 2020 from 9:30 – 11:00 PROMPTLY
6. During site visit all bidders (person) will be required to come with their own (personal) protective equipment which meets TIPER standards. This includes as steel toe safety boots, cotton overcoat or anti static reflective vets and worker’s helmets. Any tender or person missing PPEs will not be allowed onto the site
7. Both hard copies and electronic or soft copies of tender document must be sent by bidders electronic copies should be submitted in flash drive sealed in the COPY envelope
8. There shall be no public opening of bids
9. Late bids and portion of bids will not be considered for the evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
10. TIPER reserves the rights to accept or reject any tender and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid
