INVITATION FOR TENDER No: SMZ/D01/W/ICB/2019/2020/01.
The President’s Office Regional Administration, Local Governments and Special Departments invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors who are capable and registered by Contractors Registration Board in Class 5 and above for carrying out the Periodic Maintenance of Fuoni Mambosasa to Mwera road (3.4km) to bitumen standard.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Tendering documents available at the Office of the Tender Board Secretary, President’s Office Regional Administration Local Government and‘ Special Departments P.O. Box 4220, Vuga, Zanzibar from 8:30am to 3:00 pm on working days (Monday to Friday) exclusive on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets are to be purchased by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tshs Two hundred thousand only (200, 000 .,00) payable in cash at accountant section in President’ 3 Office Regional Administration Local Governments and Special Departments.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security with Tshs Ten Millions (10,000 ,000 .00) in cash or bank cheque.
Tenders must be delivered to the above address in paragraph two(2) on or before 10:30 am on Thursday18th of July, 2019.
Tenders will be opened in the presence. of Tenderers at 11:00am on Thursday 18th of July, 2019 at the Urban West Regional Office Hall.
