Intern Purpose
Provide high quality customer focused assistance to the business, promote sales as well as administrative and secretarial support Duties and Responsibilities
Attending to the phone/WhatsApp chats, providing quality and timely customer service (taking orders, attending to queries, scheduling call backs etc.)
Ensuring all orders and customer information are accurately recorded and coordinating well-timed deliveries of vehicles
Generating client leads as well as making efforts towards increasing the number of customers [vehicles/insurance]
Attend any other office duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATION
Holder of a Diploma/Certificate in Insurance or Insurance and Risk Management or any other related qualification from a recognized Institution.
Insurance skills will be an added advantage.
