Various Jobs at Jeshi La Magereza January, 2024
The Commissioner General of Prisons announces job opportunities for Tanzanian youths who have completed Form IV education and possess skills in various fields at the Diploma and Degree levels as outlined in this announcement. All applicants must meet the following qualifications:
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
a) Must be a Tanzanian citizen;
b) Must have a National Identity Card or National Identification Number from the National Identification Authority (NIDA);
c) Must have completed training at the National Service (JKT) or be currently in the camps;
d) Must not have been previously employed by the government;
e) Must be between the ages of 18-25 for Form IV graduates, and 18-30 for skilled individuals;
f) Must have a Birth Certificate;
g) Must be at least 5’4″ tall for women and 5’7″ for men;
h) Must be physically and mentally fit as certified by a Government Doctor;
i) Must not be married;
j) Must not have any tattoos;
k) Must have good discipline and character and must not have been convicted of any criminal charges in court and must not have been imprisoned.”
