Flightlink is a scheduled and Corporate Airline with bases in Dar Es Salaam and Arusha.
SALES EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Understand and effectively present the company’s products or services.
- Conduct market research to identify clients and analyze competitors.
- Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Maintain sales records, report progress, and provide post-sale support.
Operation Base: Tanzania
Requirements:
- No criminal convictions and medically fit for duty.
- Warm, outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Formal training in marketing or communications (aviation experience preferred).
- Knowledge of media production, social media, and sales techniques.
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and upsell effectively.
