Position: Manager, Procurement
Dar es Salaam
Flightlink is a scheduled and Corporate Airline with bases in Dar Es Salaam and Arusha
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance compliance.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and industry trends.
- Oversee procurement processes, from RFps to supplier selection.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment efficiently.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement workflows.
Requirements:
- Police clearance and medical fitness required.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
- 3-5years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Skilled in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in logistics and warehouse management.
