We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring optimal stock management, efficient product releases, and the overall maintenance of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Management:

  • Implement robust stock control measures to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize stock levels.

Logistics and Deliveries:

  • Coordinate and arrange timely deliveries to meet customer and organizational needs.
  • Streamline delivery processes for efficiency.
  • Address delivery-related challenges promptly.

Warehouse Maintenance:

  • Maintain the warehouse in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Optimize space utilization and oversee equipment maintenance.
  • Foster a culture of safety and adherence to best practices.

Proactive Documentation and Registrations:

  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Handle all necessary registrations and documentation proactively.
  • Uphold ethical business practices and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
