INVITATION FOR PRE- QUALIFICATION Tender No. LGA 008/2019/2020/01-18
The Mafia District Council has set as/ide funds towards the cost of the procurement of Goods, Works and Service and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to payments under the contracts for various supplies as listed in the table below.
Mafia District Council intends to pre-qualify Applicants for procurement of goods, works and service. Invitation to tender will be made from July, 2019
Click here to view tablePre-qualification will be conducted through the procedures specified in regulation 199 of the public procurement Act (GN 446 of 201 3) and it is open to all applicants as defined in the Regulation.
All applicants are requested to show the possession of EFD Machine by attaching a copy of EFD receipt which bears their business name in their tender documents.
It is the obligation to pay service levy 0.3% for each service they render.
Interested applicants may obtain further information from and inspect the pre-qualification documents at the office of the Tender Board Secretary, Mafia District Council P.O. BOX 85, Mafia from 0730-1530 on Monday to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested Applicants on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above upon payment of a non-refundable fee of one hundred thousand only (Tshs. 100,000/=) and Fifty Thousand (Tshs. 50,000/=) per each Lot for Tender Number LGA/008/2019-20/03 Payment should be made to Mafia District Council own source collection A/C 21510000260 after obtaining a bill from Finance Department.
All applications in one original plus one copy, properly f1lled in, and enclosed in a plain envelop must be delivered to the address below. Tender Board Secretary, Malia District Council, P.0.BOX 85, Mana at or before 1400 on Tuesday 16th July 2019 at 1400 hours Envelopes should be marked ”Invitation for Pre-qualification”. Do not open before Tuesday 16th July, 2019, at 1400 hours.
All applicants have to show Tender number and the name of the tender they are applying for as indicated in our advert.
Applications will be opened promptly thereafter at 1400 hours, 16th July, 2019 in public and in the presence of all applicants or their representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony at the District Executive Director’s Office.
Late applications, portion of applications, electronic applications, application not received, applications not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
