PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR PROVISION OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR THE YEAR 2022/2023
Background
Campaign for Female Education (CAMFED) is an international non- governmental, non-profit organization whose mission is to eradicate poverty in Africa through the education of girls and the empowerment of women CAMFED in Zimbabwe, Zambia.
In Tanzania, CAMFED started operation in 2006 and it has programs 33 district Council in Regions 10 Pwani ,Dar es salaam , Tanga, Morogoro, Iringa, Dodoma, Singida, Tabora, Shinyanga and
Mwanza) where at works directly with 493 secondary schools and 365 primary schools.
CAMFED invites from eligible, competent and qualified manufacturers /Suppliers / Venders and services providers to apply for Prequalification for provision of goods and services as listed below;
Proposed list of services and goods for 2022/23 supplier’s pre- qualification
Interested suppliers are advised to include the following in them
1.Brief overview of the c and key staff (Company Profile) including physical business address.
2. Latest Business Registration Certificate or Certificate of Incorporation
3. Latest Copy of TIN and VAT registration certificates and evidence of tax compliance (Tax 1. Clearance Certificate).
4. Write endorsement of at Least recently three reputable customers dealt with for the past 2 years other than Tanzania
5. Operating Licenses ‘certificates for the services at goods which require
6. Bank details (Name of bank branch, account name and account number)
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Eligible suppliers with the mentioned criteria and requirements are
Submission application for each lot they are applying for. If a supplier is applying for two different lots, each lot should have a separate applicant document with supporting evidence specifically for that lot
1) Interested, eligible suppliers should email their electronic quote via email to a is of category applied at CAMFED Tanzania office.
e) Existing suppliers who wish to be considered for the new list of suppliers are also required to submit their application for the Applicants will not be required to protect their submitted documents with password.
