PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF TRAINING FACILITIES TO BE BUILT ON PLOT No.14 815, BLOCK No. ‘K,’ MBWANGA, DODOMA MUNICIPALITY – TANZANIA

1. Executive (tweeter of Don Bosco -ethnical Training College-Dodoma invites sealed tenders for the Proposed construction of Training Facilities to be built on Plot No.14 &16, Block No.1K; Mbwange, Dodoma Municipality, Tanzania.
2. The Executive Director of Don Bosco Technical Training Col ege-Dodoma now Invites Seated Tenders from eligible National contractors registered or capable of being registered in Class ONE (1) in BUILDING WORKS and Clan FOUR (4) and above In CIVIL WORKS for carrying ou: the Proposed construction of Training Facilities to be Milt on Plot No.14 815, Block No. ‘K,’ Mbomou& Dodoma Municipality. Tanzania.
   The project consists of the following works: –
   • Construction of Administration Building
   • Construction of Restaurant Budding
   • Construe-lien of Workshop Building
   • Associated Building Engineering Services installations that is. Electrical. HVAC. Lilts, Plumbing (and drainage). Security System and Fire Alarm (Detection and Fire Fighting Land Voice and Data (ICTI Cabling Installations.
   External Works, which includes Civil works [ Driveways and Parking spaces). Soft landscaping, storm water drainage, Groundwater tank plinths, incinerator house, and Pourer House].
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering INCT) specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, Government Notice No.446 of 2013. and is open to all Tenders as defined in the Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Executive Director of Don Bosco Networks Tanzania at Oyster bay. P.O. Box 32770. Oar es Salaam from 0900 hours and 1530hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
5. A complete set of Tendering Documents in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzania Mims Two Hundred Thousand Only (Tzs 200.000.001. Payment should either be by Cash. Banker’s Draft. or Banker’s Cheque, payable to the Executive Director of Don Bosco Technical Training College-Ondoma.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security in an acceptable form in the amount equivalent to 2.5% of Tender price or an equivalent amount in a I reel convertible currency.
7. All Tenders in ONE ORIGINAL HANDWRITTEN [ INKED] HARD COPY and a softcopy of Bills of Quantities in a CD or flash disk in Excel format [ and not in PDF], correctly tilled in, and enclosed n plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Don Bosco oyster bay P.O. Box 32770, Mbuyuni Kinondoni Dar es Salaam at or before 1400hours. Monday, 21st February 2022 Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenders’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Executive Director’s Offices at oyster bay in Oar es Salaam.
8. Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, Tenders not opened at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
