PROVISION OF AGENCY SERVICES FOR SUB DIVISION OF PLOT NO 794 BLOCK “D” MABIBO WITH 1.941 HECTARES INTO SALABLE PLOTS AND MARKETING ON BEHALF OF POSTA NA SIMU SACCOS LTD
INVITATION FOR PROPOSAL
- Posta na Simu Saccos Ltd is a cooperative financial institution guided by its member registered under cooperative ACT with registration no DSR. 118
- Posta na Simu Saccoss now invites sealed bids form eligible firms registered n Tanzania for proposed sub division of a big plot into salable plot customers. Plot is located at Mabibo , Ubungo Municipality Dar es Salaam with tittle no 31818 owned by Posta na Simu SACCOS Ltd
- The agency is expected to provide in the following services within 6 months
i. Amendment of town council planning drawing include change of use and ensuring the amendment is approved by respective authority
ii. Coordinating all activities of surrounding the existing tittle
iii. Cancellation of existing survey and preparation of cadastral survey of sub divided plots
iv. Marketing and selling of all sub divided plots at market price
v. Facilitating and follow up registration and titling of all subdivide plots - Evaluation of the proposal will be based on combined technical quality and costal approach. The minimum pass f the technical proposal will be 80% and the criteria for evaluation will be include
- Understanding the assignment experience in similar assignment experience of proposed work methodology
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the office of the secretary of the tender committee posta na Simu SACCOS Ltd P.O. BOX 3948, Dar es Salaam along 1st floor wing A, FROM 8:30 TO 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday except public holidays
6. The consultant shall enclose the original and each copy of the technical proposal in separate sealed envelopes dully marking the envelopes as “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” and “ORIGINAL” AND COPY” s appropriate. These envelopes containing the original and the copies shall be enclosed in one single envelop duly marking the envelop as TECHNICAL PROPOSAL the consultant shall enclose the original of the financial proposal in one single separate sealed envelope duly marking the envelop as FINANCIAL PROPOSAL and with a warning DO NOT OPEN WITH THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. The two envelopes shall be enclosed in one single outer envelope the inner and outer envelopes PROVISION OF AGENCY SERVICES FRO SUB DIVISION OF PLOT NO 794 BLOCK D MABIBO WITH 1.941 HECTARES INTO SALABLE PLOTS AND MARKETING ON BEHALF OF POSTA NA SIMU SACCOS. Deadline for submission will be Friday 27th March 2020 10:00 HRS local time. Technical proposal will be opened promptly thereafter in a public and in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the posta na simu saccoss office 3rd floor (conference room)
7. Late proposal partial proposal, electronic proposal not received, proposal not opened and not read out public at the proposal opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
