AccessBank Tanzania invites you to submit sealed application for tender for provision of auctioneer and debt collector services to access Bank Tanzania Limited for the financial year 2020

1. Access bank reserves the right to authentic information provided herein without reverting to the participant
2. Access bank reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason for the decision
3. Interested firm/companies are required to provide information indicating their ability to provide the above mentioned assignment. Such information may include brochure, description of similar assignment undertaken availability of appropriate skills among its staff etc
4. Interested bidder are also required to pay 100,000 per lot a non-refundable fee to a specific account opened at Access Bank in any accessbank branches in Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Kahama, Iringa, Mbeya and Tabora. Payment slip should be presented to financial controls office 5th Floor Kijitonyama or any Branch to obtain the tender document you have paid for
5. Tender document shall be delivered in a sealed envelopes by hand or courier services clearly marked “TENDER FOR PROVISION OF AUCTIONEER AND DEBT COLLECTOR SERVICES LOT NO …………….. no later than 26th March 2020

6. The deadline for submission is 26th March 2020 at 3 PM
7. Opening shall be on 26th March 2020 at 4 PM at the AcessBank Head Office board room on the 5th Floor for those who will choose to attend in the person or through their representatives
8. Late bids, portion bids, electronic bids will not be accepted
