PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARATION OF DETAILED DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION ZSSF MALINDI BUS STAND AT ZANZIBAR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

PROPOSAL NO: SMZ/F0308/C/CB/2022/2023/10

1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for project
   which appeared in Zanzibar Leo Issue no. 6330 dated 9 June 2022.
2. The Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar through Zanzibar Social Security Fund has allocated
   public funds for the cost of Provision of Consultancy Services for Preparation of Detailed Design
   and Construction Supervision for ZSSF Malindi Bus Stand at Zanzibar and intends to apply a
   portion of the funds to eligible payments under the Contract for which the Request for Proposal
   (RFP) is issued.
3. The Zanzibar Social Security Fund now invites proposals for Provision of Consultancy Services
   for Preparation of Detailed Design and Construction Supervision for proposed of ZSSF Malindi
   Bus Stand at Zanzibar, more details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.
   It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other consulting firm.
4. A firm will be selected under Quality and Cost based selection (QCBS) procedures described in
   this RFP.
5. In addition to the Letter of Invitation, the RFP includes the following documents:
    Section 1: Information to Consultants (ITC)
    Section 2: Proposal Data Sheet (PDS)
    Section 3: General Conditions of Contract (GCC),
    Section 4: Special Conditions of Contract (SCC),
    Section 5: Proposal & Contract Forms
    Section 6: Terms of Reference (TOR)
    Section 7: Undertaking by Consultant on Anti-Bribery Policy/Code of Conduct and
   Compliance Program

7. You are required to submit your detailed Technical and Financial Proposal through (e-proz
   portal) not later than 02″ March 2023 at 10:00 hours. The Proposal shall each be enclosed in a
   separate envelope.
8. Interested Bidder may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding via
   www.zppda.go.tz in (e-prox portal) or link, procurement.xppda.go.tz
9. A complete set of Request for Proposal shall be in English and additional sets may be purchased
   by interested Consulting Firms through Online as instructed under paragraph 8 above and upon
   submission of a written application to the address given under above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of (TZS 200,000.00). Payment should be settled through Control number which will
   be available at ZSSF Account Section.
10. Please inform us in writing or in electronic forms that provide record of the content of the
    communication, preferably by electronic mail, at the following address:
    (a) that you have received the Letter of Invitation and the RFP; and
    (b) whether you will submit a proposal alone or in association with any other Consultant.
