TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTION
- The property will be sold on ‘as where is’ basis.
- The successful bidder will be required to pay a deposit of 25% of the amount purchased on the auction day after the fall of the Auctioneer’s hammer and the balance of 75% to be paid on or before 14 days after the auction date. In default of the said balance ,the amount deposited shall be forfeited and the property will be re auctioned.
- All charges including transfer charges will be borne by the buyer.
