Notice is hereby given to the public that. with the approval of the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Finance and Planning. The Universal Communication Services Access Fund (UCSAF) will sell through public Auction the scrap office equipment’s listed below: The Auction will be held at UCSAF offices located at the 2′ floor. old computer lab building. College of Informatics and Virtual Education. University of Dodoma on the date mentioned above at 10:00 am.

Auction Conditions:
- The successful bidder in group (a) shall pay for the property immediately after the fall of hammer. Failure by the bidder to pay the balance the property will be re- auctioned. The bidder must take the property immediately after payment has been done (cash and carry);
- The property sill be sold as “it is” and where it is without %anent:
The buyer of the car shall deposit 25% of the auction price immediately after the follow of hammer. the remaining balance to be paid in 14 days from the Auction date. Default in payment of the remaining balance within stipulated time will lead to the forfeiture of the amount paid earlier and the property will be sold to the second bidder.
- Inspections of the properties will be done on the Thursday 17 November 2022 from 10:00 am to 12:00 in the noon.
