Box 268, 11101 Dar Es Salaam Tanzania, we hereby notify the general public that, we shall sell by Tender, the Bank’s mortgaged property the details of which is described here below:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND TYPE OF THE PROPERTY FOR SALE:
The subject property is a double storey residential property constructed to good standards measuring 1.271 Square meters Area, located along Mwai Kibaki Road to the right-hand side as one drives from JKT headquarters at Mzimuni street within Kawe Area in Das Es Salaam City. The notable land mark proximity to the property is Kawe round about and old EFM offices which is situated at a walking distance.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TENDER
1. interested tenderers are advised to get further information of the Property from the office of ADIL] AUCTION MART UMITED located at House # 53 Plot No. 151 Block 45C Kijitonyama, Kumbukamwe Street, Makumbusho Area, Opposite Mesuma Hotel, Dar Es Salaam.
2 Inspection and search reports of the property are to be conducted by interested tenderers before submission
3. Bid Documents should be in plain envelope with the outer cover clearly marked “TENDER No: AAM/CRDG/DSRP/ 01/2022 FOR PURCHASE OF A DOUBLE STOREY RESIDENCIAL PROPERTY” located at Plot No: 566, Kawe Density Area, Dar Es Salaam, and delivered to Adili Auction Mart Ltd Head Office located at House # 53 Kumbukamwe Street Plot No. 151 Block 45C Kijitonyama, Makumbusho Area, Opposite Mesuma Hotel, Dar Es Salaam.
4 Deadline for submission of Bid Documents shall be on Wednesday 10* AUGUST, 2022 at 1000AM and opened the same day in front of all tenderers or representatives at 10.30 AM at office of Adili Auction Mart Ltd located at House 53 Plot No. 151 Block 45C Kijitonyama, Kumbukamwe Street, Makumbusho Area, Opposite Mesuma Hotel, Dar es salaam
5. Telegraph, faxes, electronically mailed and late submission of bid documents shall not be accepted.
6. The winner of the tender must pay at least 25% of the bid price within 2 days after being notified to be winner of the tender. The remaining 75% must be paid within fourteen (14) days from day of payment of first installment. However, the successful winner can pay the full bid price on the same day after being notified to be winner of the tender.
7. W the successful winner fails to pay the remaining 75% of the bid amount within the specified time frame. The deposited amount will be forfeited and the property resold by new tender after fresh notification.
