DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
‘We are lake cement; a leading brand in cement production in East Africa. We are in process of installation of New Plant and Machinery Building.
Lake Cement Limited solicits Expression of interest (EO!) from competent, experienced and qualified Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Contractors for the provision of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Services to Lake Cement Limited within the United Republic of Tanzania.
CIVIL WORK:
Quantum of the Job:
Total RCC: 1200 m3.
Type of Structure: Plant and Building foundation, Equipment Foundation
Scope: All Manpower, Toots and Tackles, Shuttering.
Scaffolding for execution of the Job. Detailed scope will be shared after getting company profile.
MECHANICAL WORK:
Quantum of the Job:
Total Plate and Structure fabrication: 500 MT
Total equipment and Fabricated Steel installation: 1000 MT
Type of Structure! Equipment: Cement Plant Equipment installation as Ball mills, Fans, Elevator etc.
Scope: Al Manpower, Tools and Tackles as welding machine, cutting sets, lifting toots, hydraulic jacks. Rolling machines and other tools required for completion of the job. Detailed scope will be shared after getting company profile.
Note: All materials such as Steel plates and structures steel, Equipment, welding electrode and consumables will be provided by Lake Cement Limited.

Laying power and control Cables and Cable trays: About 10000 meters
Erection of panels. ferruling of control panel waring Installation of motor. connection termination, installation of transformers etc. cation: 500 MT Type of Structure/ Equipment: Cement Paint Equipment installation as Ball mills. Fans, Elevator etc.
Scope: All Manpower, Tools and Tackles as welding machine, cutting sets. electrical cable laying, joining tools, lifting tools and other tools required for completion of the job. Detailed scope will be shared after getting company profile,
