REQUEST OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) MANUFACTURING, TESTING, SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF HDPE

TOTAL Energy East Africa Midstream BV. (Company} Tanzania, Oil and Gas company, requires the services of an experienced and reputable contactors} to provide Manufacturing, fest 1g, supply & delivery of HDPE of the East African Crude Oil Pipeline [EACOP Project.

The FACOP Project the constructor and operation of a buried, cross-border pipeline lo transport crude oil [rom the lake Albert area “1 Lgorda to the eastern coast’ of Tanzania for export to international markets. The pipe ne will run from Kabaale in Homa District, Uganda, to Crongoleani, Tanga Region, in Tanzania. The length of the pipeline is 1,443 kilometers km], of which 1,147 km will be in Tanzania.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF WORK:

EACOP requires the services of experience and reputable manufacturer to provide services for manufacturing, testing, supply & delivery of large diameter HDPE structured wall pipes according to the standards and dimensions mentioned below:

STANDARDS:

The properties of the structured wall HDPE Pipes shall conform in all respect EN 13476-2/ ISO 21138-2, with latest amendments hereof unless otherwise specific.

DIMENSIONS:

ID/DN1500 with an OD of 1630 + 10mm approximate quantity of 400+ Lineal meters delivered n 2.45 meter sections ¢ ID/DN1800 with an OD of 1960 + 10mm approximate quantity of 400+ Lineal meters delivered in 2.4 5-meter sections.

  • The COMPANY reserves the right to verify the manufacture of Structured wall HDPE pipes at the Manufacturer’s premises according to the quality management system as per ISO 9001:2015.
  • The Quality management system of the manufacturer shall be certified to ISO 9001:2015 vie on Internationally accredited cetilicalion body.
  • The row material used to manufacture the Structured wall ADPF pipes and Fittings must correspond to FN] 3476-1/1SO 21138-1.
  • The Structured wall HDPE Pipe quality requirements end their testing are to be satisfies according to EN 13476-2/ISO 21138-2, with latest amendments the-of. The quality requirements to the fittings fabricate from the Structured wall HDPE pipes shall conform to EN 134/6-2/1SO 21 138-2, with least amendments -nearest.

 All the Structured wall HDPE Pipes supplied against this Tender’ shall be “marked” according to the applicable standard specifications.

  • On request’, the documentation of the quality of Products supplied is to be submitted by the manufacture through working certifications according to applicable Standards. All the ‘encores of the test results shall be retained by the manufacturer for future references.
  • Before and cited awarding the tender to the Manufacturer, the COMPANY reserves the right to aspect the testing capability end witness the tests carried out at the Manufacture’s Laboratory facility to evaluate the product quality against the applicable standards.

 The COMPANY shall appoint a representative to witness all the tests conducted at the Manufacturer’s laboratory facility and the representative shall submit all the test results to the contractor & COMPANY independently Tre COMPANY reserves the right to approve the Products based 07 qualities ‘set reports before delivery for the site.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Companies or organizations expressing their interest are revered to submit documentation of ‘heir:

  • Experience, performance, and capacity in delivering the tasks outlined under the scope of worse, atop large scale in Tanzania, in compliance with national and international standards (including International Finance Corporation Standards [IFC], with at least 15 years’ experience / performance of similar services within “Tanzania or internationally.

  • financial capacity to deliver the services required including submission of financial accounts for the previous financial year.
  • Application for registration will the EVVURA Local Supplier Service Provider (LSS°) database at the time of submission of the response for this expression of interest is strongly recommended

 Compliance with Local Content Regulations, 2017 and Local Company definition.

  • Evidence of organization QHSE policy, procedure, and process in compliance with applicable Local and Industry standards for similar works.
  • Appropriate licensing from relevant in-country authorities for the provision of the services.

 Proof for legislation with the Tanzania Revenue Authority and Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest year.

Note: The EACOP project will review and assess the documents provided by the interested companies to arrive of 2 prequalified companies. Only prequalified companies will receive, subject or signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement [NDA], invitation to submit bids in furtherance of the call ‘or termer process.
