Addendum No. 1 to the Bidding Document published by TANESCO is issued in accordance with Section II: Bid Data Sheet (BDS) — ITB 22.1 to effect changes to the Bidding Document for Tender No. PA/001/2021- 2022/HQ/G/175 — LOT 1 and shall become binding document, overriding the original provisions to the applicable extent indicated. All other terms. and conditions of the original Bidding Document remain unchanged.
The provisions for Section Il: Bidding Data Sheet (BDS) — ITB 22.1 are amended as follows, –
