CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SCHEME AT KING’AZI ‘A’ IN UBUNGO MUNICIPAL COUNCIL
Ubungo Municipal Council has received funds under the Water Sector Development Programme (WSDP) towards the cost of Technical and Facilitation Services for Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Subprojects, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for tender is issued.
Ubungo Municipal Counci now invites sealed tender from all Class V Civil Engineering Contractors registered with Contractors Registration Board to carry out Construction of Water Supply Scheme at King’azi A- in Ubungo Municipal Council as follows:

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Regulations. 2013 – Government Notice No. 446 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulation and its Amendment of December 2016
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Documents at the office of Secretary of the Council Tender Board. Ubungo Municipal situated along station road from 08.00 hours to 330 hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tender Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tshs. 100,000.00. Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Draft, or Banker’s Cheque, payable to Ubungo Municipal Council Own Source Colection Account. CRD6 Bank 0150235213900
All Tenders must be accompanied with a Tender declaration in an acceptable format provided in this tender document and stated in the tender data sheet (TDS) clause 19.
All Tenders in one original plus three copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain sealed envelope must be delivered at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board Ubungo Municipal Council located at Morogoro road, Kibamba Bridge. The outer cover shall be clearly marked Tender No.LGA/180/2018/2019/W/39 for Construction of Water Supply Scheme at King’azi ‘A’ in Ubungo Municipal Council, must be delivered to the address below:

At or before 12.00 pm on 24th April, 2019.Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Municipal Conference hall, Ubungo Municipal Council Head Office located at Morogoro road. Kibamba Bridge, at 12.30 pm on 24th April, 2019.
Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders not received, Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance.
The employer will organize a collective site visit that will commence at the office the Head of Water Department located at Ubungo Municipal Council Head Office located at Morogoro road, Kibamba Bridge 11.00 hours on 15th April, 2019.
