TENDER FOR
DESIGN, SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF THE MODERN GYM FACILITY FOR THE PROPOSED CRDB BANK PLC NEW HEAD OFFICE ON PLOT NO.25 AND 26 ALI HASSAN MWINYI ROAD AND PLOT NO 21 BARACK OBAMA ROAD
1. CRDB Bank PLC has set aside funds for its operations for the financial year 2019. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the Funds will be used to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the Design, Supply and Installation of the Modern Gym Facility for the Proposed CRDB Bank Pic New Head Office on Plot No.25 and 26 Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road and Plot No.21 Barack Obama Road.
2. CRDB Bank PLC now invites Sealed Proposals from all eligible firms for the Design, Supply and Installation of the Modern Gym Facility
3. Tendering will be conducted according to CRDB Bank Pic Procurement Policies and procedure
4. A complete set of the Tender document(s) in English may be obtained by interested bidders by sending an email to [email protected]
with a subject line Tender No. CRDB/2019/G/021.
5. Bids, may be submitted either in hard copy in one original plus one copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain sealed envelopes delivered to the physical address shown or electronically in PDF with encryption as directed in the Invitation to Tender Document on or before 09:30 hrs East African Time on Friday 16th August, 2019. All proposals marked with the appropriate PROPOSAL Name and Number should be addressed to the MANAGING DIRECTOR, CRDB BANK PLC, P.O.BOX 268, DAR ES SALAAM.
6. Hard Copy submitted bids should be deposited in the Tender Box on the 1st Floor, CRDB Head Office, along Azikiwe Street, Office Accommodation Scheme Building, Opposite New Post Office, P. O.Box 268, Dar es Salaam. Electronically submitted bids must follow submission instructions provided in the Invitation to Tender document.
7. Bids will be opened in public on Friday 16th August, 2019 at 10:15 hrs East Africa Time in the presence of bidders /representative who chooses to attend the opening at CRDB Bank Pic Head Office, along Azikiwe Street, 1st Floor Office of Accommodation Scheme Building.
8. Late Tenders, a portion of Tenders, Tenders not received, and not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
