FOR LEASE SPACE FOR ADVERTISEMENT AT JULIUS NYERERE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TB I & II
Invitation to Bid
Date: 21th February, 2020
1. Tanzania Airport intends to lease space for advertisement at Julius Nyerere International Airport TB I&II. The premises are lease to firms capable of running digital and traditional billboards
2. The Tanzania Airport Authority now invites sealed tenders for lease space for advertisement at Julius Nyerere International Airport TB I&II
3. Tendering will be conducted through the national competitive tendering method as specified in the public procurement regulation 2013 – government Notice No. 446 and public procurement (amended) regulations 2016 – government notice no 33 and is open to all national tenders as defined in the regulations
4. The scope of services involves provision of advertisement in four as follows

4. Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from inspect the tendering document at the office of the secretary of tender board, TAA, P.O. Box 18000 Dar es Salaam from 7:30 to 15:30 local time on Monday to Friday except on public holiday.
5. A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English language and additional set may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to Director General, Tanzania Airports Authority, P. O. Box 18000, Dar es Salaam and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000. Payment should be done through Government Electronic Payment Gateway (GePG) after obtaining Control Number issued by the director General, Tanzania Airports Authority.
6. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender securing declaration in the format provided in the tender document.
7. All tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes clearly marked tender No TENDE NO AE-027/2019-2020/JNIA/N/65 for lease of space for indoor advertisement at Julius Nyerer International Airport TB I&II DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 11:00 HRS Local time on Monday 9th March 2020 must be delivered to the address the secretary – Tanzania Airport Authority Tender Board TAA Head Office Terminal 1 P.O. BOX 18000 DAR ES SALAAM at or before 11;)) local time on Monday 9th March 2020. Tender will be opened promptly thereafter in public and n the presence of tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the PMU Conference room located at TAA HQ Terminal I
8. Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
