SALE OF 9890 FINE TREES AT NJOMLOLE FARM (16 ACRES) IN LUPONDE WARD
INVITATION FOR TENDERS
- Njombe Town Council intends to dispose 9890 pine trees at Njombe Farm (16 Acres) in Lupodowe Ward. The trees are disposed as is where is basis and the procuring entity shall have no further liability after sale
- The Njombe Town Council now invites sealed tenders for the purchase of 9890 Pines trees at Njomlole Farm
- Tendering will be conducted though the National Competitive tendering procedures specified in the public procurement regulations 2013 – GN No. 446 and is open to all tenders as defined in the regulations
- Interested tenders may inspect the 9890 pine trees at Njomlole farm in Lupodowe ward on t9 February to 26th February 2020 from 10.00 am at the cost for site inspection will be incurred by the buyer
- Interested bidder may obtain further information from the office of the Town Director and inspect the Tendering document at Office of the Secretary of the Tender Board at Luntanywi Area, Njombe Town Council P.O. BOOX 577, Njombe from 09:00 hours to 16:00 hours on Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays
- A complete set of tendering document in English language and additional set may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 50,000/= . payment should either be by Cash banker’s draft or bank cheque payable to town director Njombe Town Council
- All tenders must be accompanied by tender deposit in an acceptable form in the amounting to 25% of tender amount in TZS or may any other freely convertible currencies
- All tenders in one original plus 3 copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address. The town director Njombe town council, Lunyanywi Area, P.O. BOX 577, Njombe Office of the secretary of the tender board Njombe town Council at or before 10;00 Local time date 5th March 2020. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in a public and in the presence of tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at Njombe town council conference hall
- Late tenders portion of tenders electronic tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
