INVITATION FOR TENDERS (IFT)
TENDER NO. PA/092/2019/TPB/W/01 FOR
PROPOSED RENOVATION OF TPB BANK PLC MPANDA BRANCH INVITATION FOR TENDERS
.a) The TPB BANK PLC has set aside funds for its operation during the financial year 2019. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for Proposed Renovation of TPB BANK PLC Mpanda Branch
.b) The TPB BANK PLC now invites sealed tenders from eligible building contractors registered with the contractor’s Registration Board in Tanzania in class one (1) to five (5) for carrying out the the works for Proposed Renovation of. TPB BANK PLC Mpanda Branch
.c) Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No.446 and are open to all bidders defined in the Regulation.
.d) Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, TPB BANK PLC P. O Box 9300 at LAPF Building-Kijitonyama 10th floor Office from 08:30 am to 4:30 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
.e) A complete set of bidding document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph ‘d’ above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzanian Shillings one hundred thousand (TZs 100,000.00.) Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Draft, or Banker’s Cheque, payable to the Chief Executive Officer, TPB BANK PLC P.0. Box 9300 Dar es Salaam
.f) All tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration in the format provided in the bidding documents.
.g) All tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes and marked “Tender Number PA/092/2019/TPB/W/01 for “the Proposed Renovation of TPB BANK PLC Mpanda Branch” must be delivered to the Secretary of the Tender Board office, TPB BANK PLC P.0. Box 9300 Dar es Salaam, 10th Floor, LAPF Building at or before 16.00 hrs on Tuesday 21st May, 2019
.h) The deadline of submission of bids is on Tuesday 21st. May 2019 at or before 16.00 hrs local hours. Bids will be i opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence Of Tenderers representatives who choose to attend in the Opening ceremony in at the conference room, LAPF Building 13th Floor.
.i) Late Tenders portion of Tenders. electronic Tenders. Tenders not received, Tenders not opened at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
