INVITATION FOR BIDS
TO PROVIDE TRANSPORT SERVICE ON RENTAL BASIS
Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) is a 501c3 non-profit organization that discovers and promotes effective solutions to global poverty problems.
IPA Tanzania invites sealed tenders/quotations from eligible and qualified national suppliers for the supply of vehicle rental services on daily/monthly basis (Sedan, Van and 4X4) for its projects implemented in Mbeya Region (Kyela, Mbeya City, Mbeya Rural, Mbozi, Rungwe; 5 vehicles) and Tanga Region (Handeni, Korogwe, Mkinga, Muheza; 4 vehicles) for a period of more than 48 days.
The interested service providers may submit their Tender documents in the prescribed IPA Quotation form duly signed and stamped, in a sealed cover to the office of undersigned. Tender will be conducted through lPA’s Competitive bidding. Interested eligible bidders may obtain tender/quotation forms via email starting 10th July 2019 and through 11th July 2019 by sending an email request to [email protected] .
A complete set of tender/quotation forms in one original plus one copy, properly filled in, and sealed enclosed in plain envelopes clearly marked “TENDER NO 001/IPA-TZ/2019 FOR SUPPLY OF TRANSPORT SERVICE ON RENTAL BASIS must be delivered to the Secretary of IPA Procurement Committee at or before 1400 Hours, Wednesday 17th July 2019. Tenders will be opened thereafter, Wednesday 17th July 2019, in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at IPA Tanzania offices in Dar es Salaam.
