FOR PROVISION OF AIR TRAVELING AGENCY SERVICES TO THE FAIR COMPETITION COMMISSION
INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS
1. This Invitation for Quotation (IFQ) follows the General Procurement Notice of the Fair Competition Commission for the financial year 2019/2020 that appeared in the Tanzania Procurement Journal, ISSN: 1821 -6021 Vol XII No. 29 of Tuesday 16th July, 2019.
2. The Fair Competition Commission has set aside funds for its operations during the financial year 201 92020. It Is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this IFQ is issued.
3. You are hereby invited to submit your priced quotation for the provision of the services as described in the Statement of Requirement (SoR) and Prices as detailed in Section II.

All quotations in one original plus three copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked QUOTATION IE 026/2019-2020/HQ/N/07 FOR PROVISION OF AIR TRAVELLING AGENCY SERVICES TO THE FAIR COMPETITION COMMISSION(NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE 30th AUGUST, 2019 AT 11:00AM) must be delivered to the SECRETARY, FCC -TENDER BOARD PO. BOX 7883, DAR ES SALAAM to reach him at GEPF House, 2nd Floor, Plot No. 37, Regent Estate, Bagamoyo Road not later than 30th August, 2019 at 11:00am local time.

A complete set of Tendering Documents) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of non-refundable fee of TZS 50, 000. 00 to Fair Competition Commission, Account No. 0111029602700 CRDB Bank, Azikiwe Branch and present a pay slip to the Fair Competition Commission
5. Deadline for submission will be at or before 11:00 hours local time on 30th August, 2019. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at FCC Commissioners Management room located at 2nd Floor, FCC office at the GEPF House, Plot No. 37, Regent Estate, Bagamoyo Road.
6. Late, partial and electronic quotations, and quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
