INVITATION FOR TENDER
The Board of Trustees of National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has set aside funds for its operations during the financial year 2018-2019. It is intended that part of the funds will be used to cover payments under the contract for Goods, Works, Non Consultancy Services and Consultancy Services.
The Board of Trustees of National Social Security Fund (NSSF) now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers who are capable to carry out the tender as indicated’ In the table below:

Tendering will be conducted through the procurement method indicated in column 4 above as specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Document at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, 7th Floor, NSSF Head Office, Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Towers (Tower B) at junction of Azikiwe/Jamhuri Streets, P. O. Box 1322, Dar es Salaam, from 8.00am to 5.00pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tender Document in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as specified in the specific Tender Document. Payment must be made in Cash to NSSF Cash Office, 7th Floor, Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Tower (Tower B).

All tenders in one original plus two copies of the original, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered at the NSSF Conference Room, 1 6th Floor of Benjamin William Mkapa Pensions Tower (Tower B) at Junction of Azikiwe/Jamhuri Streets, Dar es Salaam. The deadline for submission of all tenders and place of Opening is indicated in the respective Tender Document.
Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
