REHABILITATION OF NIC (T) LIMITED ARUSHA BRANCH
INVITATION FOR TENDERS
This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in Public Procurement Journal Issue No. 36 Vol X dated 26th June, 2018.
National Insurance Corporation (T) Limited has set aside funds for its operation during the financial year 2018/2019. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Rehabilitation of NIC (T) Limited Arusha Branch.
The National Insurance Corporation (T) Limited now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors registered by CRB in Building Contractors Class Five and Above for Rehabilitation of NIC (T) Limited -Arusha Branch.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016 and is open to national Tenderers only as defined in the Regulations unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the once of the Secretary, NIC Tender Board, 7th Floor National Insurance Corporation (T) Limited Head office, P.0. Box 9264, Dar es Salaam from 09:00am to 04:00pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document“) in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS. 100,000.00. Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Draft, or Banker’s Cheque, payable to Managing Director, National Insurance Corporation (T) Limited.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
All Tenders in one original plus Two (2) copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address: Secretary, NIC Tender Board P.O. Box 9264, Dar es Salaam at or before Thursday 27th June, 2019 at 14:00pm at 14:00 pm. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the 7th floor NIC (T) Ltd Head office , Corner of Samara Avenue/Pamba road.
Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, and tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance .
