The following terms and conditions will apply:
1. The bid must be submitted together with a non-refundable foe of Tsh, 20,000.00 (Twenty thousand shillings), sealed bid, closest marked “Tender for purchase of used Motorcycles
Offer deposits must be transmitted by registered mail or courier in double-sealed envelopes marked “NOT TO BE OPENED BY REGISTRY. The offer must be received at the TCRS
Head Office in Dar es Salaam not later than 27th June 2022, 4pm. The registered envelope should be addressed to:

The above med Motorcycles can be viewed at TCRS Mosogoro office located at Tungi Mfirumi nearby NIDA Office and Shinyanga office located at ELCT Cathedral Shinyanga, Miti mrefu street, Uhara Road from Monday 20th June 2022 to Friday 24th June 2022, during working hours (9.30 am to 3.50 pm). Opens of tenders will be done one week after closing the tender of this advertisement at TCKS Head Office in Mikocheni, DSM
3. Offers not addressed as described above, including those without the non-refundable will act be commutated.
4. Bids must be submitted in Tanzania Shillings. Payment must be in the currency of offer. Successful bidders will be required to pay 25% of the bid price completely receipt of the offer later and the remaining 75% balance of the bid amount will be paid within 14 days after receiving the offer. Failure to pay the balance withier the specified period, will means the 25% deposited be forfeited and the Motorcycle will sabsequatry be offered to the next best winner or tendered.
5. Prospective bidders should take act that the shove Motorcycles was ordered duty free, thus it will be the ability of the buyer to effect the payment of duty, Values Added Tax (VAT) and other related charges as per the Government rules and regulates, before collect it. Payment of all fees, duties and collection should be completed by 12th. July, 2022.
6 The Motorcycles bid for is sold an “as-is-where-ix” basis. TCRS is and obliged to accept the highest or any other bid and hence receives the right to reject spy and all bids. Only successfully bidder will be informed in writings.
