INVITATION FOR TENDER
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ATM MACHINE TO TPB BANK PLC
1. TPB Bank PLC has set aside funds for the operations of the bank during the financial year 2019. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Supply, installation and Commissioning of ATM Machine to TPB Bank Pic.
2. The TPB Bank PLC now invites sealed tenders from eligible service provider for the Supply, installation and commissioning of ATM to TPB Bank Pk.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations. 2013 – Government Notice No. 446 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the
Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information at the Office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, TPB Bank PLC. P.o.Box 9300 Dar es Salaam. 10th Floor LAPF Building -Kijitonyama from 8.00am – 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
5. A complete set of tendering documents and additional sets in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of TZS 50,000/= (Tanzanian Shillings Fifty Thousand only). The method of payment will be by Cash deposit payable to the Chief Executive Officer. TPB Bank PLC P.O. BOX 9300. Dar es Salaam.
6. All tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
7. All tenders in one original plus one copy, properly filled in. and enclosed m plain envelopes marked Supply, installation and commissioning of ATM Machine to TPB Bank Pic do not open before I600hrs must be delivered to the address Secretary of the Tender Board. TPB Bank PLC. P.o.Box 9300 Dar es Salaam. 10th Floor. LAPF Building Kijitonyama at or before Friday 25th July 2019 16.00pm.

8. Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders. Tenders not received. Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
