REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR
QUOTATION N0. SMZ/F0118/G/OQ/2018-19/14
SUPPLY OF BUILDING MATERIALS
The Zanzibar Utilities Regulatory Authority has set aside funds for its operations during the financial year 2018/2019. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation for quotation is issued.
You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached as Appendix A in the Quotation document.
All quotations in one original plus two copies, properly f1lled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked ”Quotation for Supply of Building Materials” must be delivered to the Office of the ZURA Secretary of Tender Board, PO. BOX 2238, Maisara, Zanzibar.
A complete set of quotation in English and additional sets may be purchased by Invited consultants on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 3 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sh.50,000/= (Fifty Thousand Only) “
Payment should be by bank payable to Zanzibar Utilities Regulatory Authority Acc. No. 0404149000.PBZ.
All bids must be accompanied with a bid security Declaration in an acceptable form. Deadline for submission will be on 28th May, 2019. Quotation will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Supplier’s representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the ZURA Office, Maisara Zanzibar at 09:00 am.
Late quotations, portion of quotations, electronic quotations, quotations not received, quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
