Mailman School of Public Health Tanzania LLC (hereinafter referred to as “MSPH Tanzania LLC” or”the organization”) is a not-for-profit organization registered and operated by The Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York, in the United States of America. MSPH Tanzania LLC is also known locally as ICAP, an entity that began collaborating with the Ministry of Health in Tanzania in 2004 to reduce perinatal transmission of HIV and support the rapid scale up of HIV care and treatment. ICAP now works in close partnership with the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (MOHSW) and provides capacity-building support and technical assistance (TA) for the national HIV and tuberculosis (TB) programs.
MSPH Tanzania LLC- ICAP is currently implementing FIKIA project with overall objectives implement community based services based on approved national guidelines to increase coverage of a comprehensive package of evidence-based HIV prevention interventions for Key Population with the goal of strengthening the HIV cascade.
Scope of Service
MSPH Tanzania LLC – ICAP has set aside funds for the operations of the Organization during Financial Year 2019/2020 it is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds will be applied to cover eligible payments under the contracts. Now intends to identify and enlist reputable and registered suppliers and service providers to enter in contracts and pre-qualify potential suppliers for the year 2019/2020 on the various number of supplies and services for the FIKIA project PEPFAR funded award.
MSPH Tanzania LLC – ICAP now invites quotes from eligible and registered service provider for the following Lots;

LOT 13 Provision of monthly electricity top up, water bills and airtime top up service
LOT 14 Provision of garage services for ICAP Fleet
LOT 15 Supply of Office Stationeries
LOT 16 Supply of motor vehicle tyres
LOT 17 Provision of Clearing and forwarding services
LOT 18 Provision of Cargo Transportation services
LOT 19 Provision of Hotel Accommodation and Meeting Venue
LOT 20 Provision of Periodical/ Monthly fire extinguisher service
LOT 21 Supply of IT equipment (Printers) and other IT related supplies for all Regional office
LOT 22 Provision of Printing and Promotion services and Binding Materials.
LOT 23 Supply of Medical, Laboratory and Pharmaceutical supplies
LOT 24 Provision of Plumbing repair, Electricity repair ,Air condition repairs, and general maintenance for Geita, Mwanza Kagera, Sengerema, Simiyu, Mara and Kigoma ie (Emergency plumbing, Leak Repairs, Drain Cleaning, Toilet and sink repairs)

Tender submission deadline; Deposited in the Tender Box at the reception of MSPH Tanzania LLC – ICAP – Head office located at Jangid Plaza.
The deadline for submission of the tender will be 25th July 2019 at 11.00AM followed by Public tender opening in the presence of bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend in the conference room of the ICAP. Bids sent by post must be registered.
Bids not received and not opened in public at the public bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation
irrespective of the circumstances.
All quotes must be in Tanzania Shillings and no tender fee will be charged for this invitation
All tenders in one original and one copy, properly filled and enclosed in plain wax sealed envelopes (not indicating bidder’s name) stating clearly the lot number Name of services and address to:

The tender validity period is 90 days.
Note that the organization is not bound to accept the lowest, highest or any tender. Lot No. 21- 24 intend to pre- qualify vendors. MSPH Tanzania LLC- ICAP invites eligible and registered service provider/Suppliers to submit their company profiles with all supporting document as indicated in the tender document.
The evaluation of bids will be conducted as per MSPH Tanzania LLC – ICAP Procurement Guidelines.
