For SUPPLY OF MEDICAL MEASURING INSTRUMENTS
Invitation for Tenders
1.The Ministry of Healthy, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children has received funds from Global Fund towards the cost of National AIDS Control Programme, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for Supply of Medical Measuring Instruments.
2. The he Ministry of Healthy, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children now invites sealed tenders firm eligible Suppliers of Medical Measurement Instruments as follows.

3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations. 20 | 3 Government Notice No.446 as amended in 20! 6, and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of The Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children, P O Box 743, NHIF Building 6th floor, Dodoma from 10:00-14:00 hrs on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
5. A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a-non-refundable fee of Tshs 100,000/=. Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Draft, or Banker’s Cheque, payable to Permanent Secretary of The Ministry of Healthy. Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children, Account No. 9921145201.
6. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
7. All tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in. and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address PMU Office of The Ministry of Healthy, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children. P 0 BOX 743. 6th floor of NHIF building PMU Office. Dodoma before 11.00 on 4th December,2019.Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the PMU office-Dodoma.
8. List of Items to be supplied together with specifications is attached with the tender document in section VII of Technical Specifications.
9. Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders, Tenders not received Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
