1.This invitation of Bids follows the General Procurement Notes for the project which appeared in Zanzibar Leo Gazeti issue no 6288 dated 16/07/2021
2.The Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar has aside funds for the operation of the ZANZIBAR BROADCASTING CORPORATION during the financial year 2021/2022.It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contracts for the SUPPLY OF OB VAN 6 CAMERA AND 8 CAMERA
3.The Zanzibar Broadcasting Corporation now invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for supplying of SUPPLY OF OB VAN 6 CAMERA AND 8 CAMERA
4.Bidding will be conducted through the INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (ICE) procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act No.11 of 2016 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Regulations unless otherwise stated in the Bid Data Sheet
5.Interested Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the SECRETARY OF TENDER BOARD 0773-117325 from 7:30 -3:30 working hours on Monday to Friday inclusive expect on public holidays.
6.A complete set of Bidding Document (s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of non-refundable fee TZS 300,000. payment should be settled through the following Account details: A/C No. 0403992001 SHIRIKA LA UTANGAZAJI ZANZIBAR.
7.All bids must be accompanied by “Bid Securing Declaration ” of TZS 5,000,000/=
8.All Bids in one original plus 2 COPIES. property filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address ZBC KARUME HOUSE CONFERENCE ROOM, On Thursday 21,10,2021 as 8:00 Pm. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the ZBC KARUME HOUSE CONFERENCE ROOM.
9. Late bids. portion of bids, electronic bids and bids not received, bids not opened and not read out in public at the bids opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance.
