INVITATION FOR BID

NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING

SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE OF CHABAMCA TUMCA AND PUNGUME

REFERENCE NO MANRLF – 1555021 –GO-RFB

1. The United Republic of Tanzania has received financing from the world bank toward the cost of the south west Indian ocean fisheries governance and shared program and intends to apply part of the proceed toward payment under the bid for supply of the  office furniture for CHABAMCA, TUMCA AND Pungume
2. Ministry of Agriculture Zanzibar now invites sealed bids form eligible bidders for supply of office furniture for CHABAMCA, TUMCA Pungume.  The procurement  of goods under this bidding is only 1 lot as details

3. Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding procedures and bidder will be selected though the procedure stipulated in Zanzibar Public Procurement and Disposal Public Asset Act No. 11 of 2016 and world bank guidelines procurement works and non-consultancy services under IBRD AND IDA Credits & grants by world bank borrowers Jan 2011(procurement guidelines) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement guidelines
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the secretary tender board Ministry of Agriculture natural Resources Livestock and Fisheries, Maruhubi, Nyangumi house ground floor, PDMU Office and email [email protected]/[email protected] and inspect the bidding document during the office hours 7:30 am – 15:30 HOURS at the address given above
5. A complete set of budding document in English may purchase by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the addressed below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 200,000 or its equivalent in any convertible currency. The method of payment will be Cash
6. Bids must be delivered to the address above 4on of before 02:00 PM 12 May 2020. Electronic tender will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the conference room no 1st floor Zanzibar at 02:15 PM 12TH May 2020
7. All bids must be accompanied by a biding securing declaration
