TANGA URBAN WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION AUTHORITY
INVITATION TO TENDER
FOR SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS FOR MOTORCYCLES
1.Tanga Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority has set aside funds for various activities during the financial year 2019/2020. It is intended that part of the funds will be applied to cover eligible payments under the contract for the supply of goods. The Authority now invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the supply of goods under the tender mentioned below:

2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the tendering documents at the office of Tender Board Secretary, Tanga Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority, Swahili Street/ Street No.3, P.O. Box 5011, Tanga from 7.30 am to 4.30 pm, Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on Public Holidays.
3. A complete set of tendering documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the Office of the Secretary of Tender Board, Tanga Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority, located at Swahili Street/Street No.3 in Tanga City upon payment of a non refundable fee of Tshs. 11,800 (Eleven Thousand, .Eight Hundred Only, VAT inclusive).
4. All bids properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes shall be delivered to Tender Board Secretary, Tanga Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority. Swahili Street/Street No.3, PO. Box 5011, Tanga at or before 10:00 hrs, local time on 20.11.2019.
5. Bids will be opened in public immediately after submission deadline and in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony. The Opening ceremony will be conducted at Board Room, Tanga Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority Swahili Office.
All Bids must either be delivered by hand or be sent by registered post. and the outer cover shall be clearly marked as follows: “QUOTATION/ TENDER NO……. FOR ……, DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 10:00 HRS on
6. Late tenders. portion of tenders, electronic tenders, and tenders not received on time will not be opened at the tender opening ceremony and shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance.
