Fisheries Organization (LVFO) is an institution of the East Africa Community with the mandate to promote Sustainable Management and Development of Fisheries and Aquaculture in the East African Community for Food Security and Wealth Creation. LVFO Head quarters is located in Jinja Uganda
LVFO hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following Tender to be financed through East African Community Partner States funds for a period of Two (2)years.2021/22 subject to satisfactory annual performance evaluation and upon agreement of both parties.
Bidders are advised to download the Advertisement and Tender Documents from LVFO’s website: www.lvfo.org.All updates/addendums will be updated on the LYFO website; bidders are encouraged to frequently check the website for any updates.
Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Box located at the LVFO Secretariat, Plot No. 7B/E Busoga Square, Bell Avenue, or be addressed and posted to the address Indicated below on or before the respective date and time given in the above table.
Bulky Tender Documents which do not fit in the Tender Box shall be delivered to the reception office located at the LVFO Secretariat, Plot No, 7B/E Busoga Square, Bell Avenue.
Opening of the bids will take place immediately thereafter at the LVFO’s Board Room located at LVFO Secretariat,Phot No. 7B/E Busoga Square, Bell Avenue, in the presence of the tenderers of their representatives who choose to attend,
Bids not received at the submission venue by the closing date and time will not be accepted for opening and will be rejected and returned unopened.
