Installation, Testing, Training and Commissioning of Multimedia facilities for the University of
Dares Salaam lecture Halls., the quantities are as per the schedule of requirement attached in this bidding document, the equipment are to be installed at the University of Dar es Salaam Mwl. J. K. Nyerere Mlimani Campus, the equipment are expected to be delivered within Four (4) months from the date of contract signing. - Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under ail. coBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers Fourth Edition of
November 2020 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. - The Bidding Document is available online on TANePS-https://www.taneps.go.tz Bidders will
be required to register on the TANePS to able to participate in this bidding process. All request for clarification should be sent through TANePS and the Purchaser will send Responses to Clarifications, Minutes of Pre-bid Meeting and Amendments through TANePShttps://www.taneps.go.tz and email notification will also automatically be sent to those bidders who have started working on this bid. interested Tenderers through the portal and upon payment of a nonrefundable participation fee of 30,000.00 TZS. Payment is performed through the dedicated Payment gateway integrated in the TANePS.4 - Bids must be submitted online through TANePS – https://www.taneps.go.tz in on or before
1400hrs on 11th May, 2023 and bids will be opened through TANePS on 11th May, 2023 at 1430 hours. The TANePS would not allow any late submission of bids. The Purchaser shall not be held liable for any delays due to system failure beyond its control. Even though the system will attempt to notify the bidders of any bid updates, the Employer shall not be liable for any information not received by the bidder.
